  1. Departure Tax

There is a mandatory departure tax of CUC 25 payable only in Cuban Convertible pesos.

  2. It's 25 CUC Convertible Pesos.  When you arrive be sure to put it aside for your return.   Do not take American dollars to Cuba you will pay a penalty to change them..

  3. Everyone answered you correctly....it's $25 CUC for departure tax....to go home...mind you, if you don't want to go back home after your trip from having such an awesome time, then don't worry lol...just kidding.

You will be reminded by the airline and by your tour rep (at the orientation meeting).

They will suggest you immediately set aside $25 CUC at the beginning of your trip so you won't worry about getting it later.
