What is the extension # you need to call ecuador from the USA?

i got my cousin's cell # but she lives in ecuador so i need to enter a # like if i am calling the new york from another country, i would dial 1-516.

From the USA, first you dial O11, then 593 , then the city code and phone number.

Yep mykatesmom is right. Dial O11, then 593 , and finally the city code and phone number. If you wanna to know the city code, you had to add where is he/she (Quito, Guayaquil, Cuanca, etc!)
