33,000 feet (over 10,000 meters) - her name is Vesna Vulović, she was thrown from JAT Flight 364, after the plane exploded from explosives placed by Croatian terrorists.  But she definitely broke a bone or two.  Ouch!

I think you mean what is the farthest someone has ever fallen and hit the ground at the speed of gravity and not broken any bone.

Otherwise, the distance would be however far it is from when very daring sky-divers jump out of a plane until they finally pull the cord to inflate their parachute.
