I have been working as a substitue( long term) in grammar schools in Hudson county for 6 years & another 5 years as a volunteer in schools.

yep. Just go to the website below and jump through the hoops. In my state non-traditional licensure can be obtained in a matter of a few months Assuming you have your bachelor's degree.....you take 2 tests and apply for the NTL. In two years of being a teacher you can then apply for traditional licensure.
