Generally a coupe means only 2 doors, however I believe you are looking for the fastest 4 door sedan.  To answer that question I have 2 favorites in that category that you would not be disappointed with and that is the following:

06-09 Infinity G35 looking at about 5.4 sec

09 Nissan Maxima: 5.5 sec

Look for a used Mercedes CLS. I won't do the work for you but a 4 door coupe is a pretty big rarity in the auto market. That's the only one that comes to me off the top of my head. However, I wouldn't recommend it from personal experience with not one but two CLS lemons.

Coupe is 2 doors.

There are only 2 New 4 door cars that are classified as coupes because of their body styles.

Mercedes CLS and Porsche Panamera(coming out next year)

There is no 4 door coupe besides those.

4 door is sedan or saloon or 5 door hatchback.

Mazdaspeed 3 and Mazdaspeed 6 with 0-60 times of 5.9 seconds and nearly 300HP for both cars.

Or older Subaru WRX STI's and Mitsubishi Lancer Evo's. 0-60 times in 4.8 seconds.

2 door is coupe.

2007 Nissan 350z: 0-60 in 5.2 seconds.

Well most people didn't pay attention to the below $25000. And I guess you mean sedan.

-Neon srt-4

These 3 have very fast 0-60 times, really up to the driver to make the difference. Mazda 3/srt4 are FWD so it might be harder to launch, but if you're talking quarter mile these cars are great.
