  1. Land- Cheetah

    Air- Peregrine Falcon

  2. Well, the Cheetah is the fastest land animal. The fastest animal in the world, however, is the Peregrine Falcon, which can fly at about 200 mph.

  3. pergerine falcon

  4. actually the cheetah is the fastest land mammal, it's either a falcon, a hawk, or an eagle that's the fastest

  5. Some tiger beetles can run at a speed of 5 mph which makes it the fastest animal in proportion to body size. I think that Animal Planet's show, 'The Most Extreme' said if the beetle was larger, it could reach above 200 mph.

The fastest animal in the air is the peregrine falcon which clocks in at about 200 mph.

The fastest animal in the sea I think is either some kind of marlin or a sailfish.

  6. Yes, I think so. Elephants and bisons run pretty fast too.

  7. The peregrine falcon has been clocked at 200 mph in a "stoop", with gravity aiding its speed. Unless you include movement aided by technology (such as rockets), that is the fastest, at least over short distances. Similarly, over short distances, the cheetah is the fastest runner. Over a longer distance, a saluki or azawakh could run the legs off a cheetah easily.

  8. Elephant.

  9. Perigan Falcon spelled wrong but
