The Vectrix electric motorcycle can go 62 mph.

Optibike is  currently the worlds fastest production ebike.

There are faster home-builts though.  Some can go 45mph.

the first big ebike race is being held this weekend at Portland (Or.) Speedway.  One category is expecting cruising speeds of 45mph+
