What is the fastest skill to get to lvl 99 in on runescape?!?!?!?

i am going to get lvl 99 hunter but that will be my firsts 99 skill and i want to get a trimmed cape so what would be the fastest lvl 99 skill to get

easiest one is eaisly runecrafting

Probably woodcutting or cooking or firemaking. But fletching is also easy to get and the skillcape for that is common.
