What is the fastest way to drain and refill an inground pool (approx. 10,000 gallons)?

they have an inflatable bladder that you fill up with pool water using a pump,then simply let it drain back to pool to refill..they hold up to 20,000 gallons I believe

Use a pump and then if you have close neighbors, ask to use their hoses.  If not, you can always buy a truckload of pool water.

Go to a construction equipment rental center and ask them for an industrial water pump.  They will probably have small gas powered ones that you can pick up with your hand all the way up to ones that you tow on a trailer with 4 inch diameter suction.

Tell the the galonage of your pool, and how quickly you want it drained.

As for filling, contact a local pool filling company, thay will show up with a tanker truck and fill your pool with hoses like the fire department uses.
