How old are you.... Free weights are the quickest way to build bulk. That machine won't do any good for half of your muscle groups. The lower half of your body will be left untouched...... If you want to build muscle fast, bodybuilding isn't the sport for you. It takes time, determination, and maturity. I don't think you have any of those. If you would like to learn the basics you can join a class in middle school or high school that will teach you about this. You could get a gym membership(very pricey) and take a class there while being able to utilize their equipment.
