  1. Not sure why you would want to...but...

    1 - go to a local GNC and buy a mass gainer

    2 - get a lot of proteins...eggs, steak and things with a lot of carbs and calories.

    3 - Don't exercises AT ALL

    4 - Drink a lot of sodas, and eat a lot of junk foods

  3. Try ensure ( you can get it in the grocery store) Don't try to gain weight with fast foods and fatty foods because it can clog you arteries

  4. A Sam's or Cosco bag of trail mix, and three gallons of milk in addition to your normal diet would be a good start!

      Eat until you are so full you are uncomfortable and have to unzip your pants. When you start to feel the least bit unfull, eat some more.

      Try to eat a lot of potatoes, with as much natural fat as possible.  Butter, sour cream, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and chives (to help it process beneficially).

      I am presuming that you want to gain weight, not fat.  So, I must warn you that this recommended recipe might help you to gain weight in the form of muscle, which is heavier than fat because it is denser.  Therefore, you will likely gain more weight/mass than you will blubber.

    Also, do squats (without weights), and push-ups daily.

  6. If you are just doing this for short term weight gain I would drink a lot of water and eat a lot of salty foods.  Also, mix in a lot of milk as well as milk helps you retain water.  

    If not, eat a lot of protein, fast food, and carbs.  

  7. Eat lots and LOTS of Pasta my friend is on the VArsity football team and he is always eating that, and like 7 pieces of pizza plus salad
