  1. Sorry for that Maureen. You have to be patients.. to get anulment isn't that long.. My friend  just took 10months to get her anulment.  Goo luck..Wish you the best.

  2. Sorry, Without owning assets you become a flight risk of not returning back and they will denie you a visa, I know of others here that are married to a US Citizen and have had to apply 2 to 3 times before they received a tourist visa and they own a home, cars and had a BIG bank account, save your money and put it towards you getting your annulment. I wish you the best of luck

  3. you cannot be fiance if you are still and already married ,

a tourist visa ? not likely, since you have have no property or business ,

you will not be able to prove to US immgration ,ties to your country and letter from an employer ,and willingness to return to your country .

and you will not get a fiance visa since you are already married .

  4. Every applicant for a tourist visa must be able to prove to a US consular officer that he/she will not overstay the visa and will return to his/her own country.  This is a very strict requirement.  You will need to have a good job in the Philippines and a letter from your employer stating that you are on leave and that your job is waiting for you up on your return.  Ownership of significant property and other assets are also helpful.

My guess is that you will be denied the visa.

Start on your annulment now.  That's the only hope you have.
