  1. Hey,  I'm also very skinny.  Believe me it's impossible in one week.  I do like 100 crunches every night and morning and I havent noticed results.

try:   http://fitness.scoobysworkshop.com/   I found it yesterday and it looks real

  2. my ab workout is this

    CRUNCHES---100

    LEG RAISES---50

    LEG HOLD---10 SEC x 5

    REVERSE CRUNCH---100

    CROSSOVER CRUNCH---50

    PUSH THOUGHS---100

    SIDE CRUNCHES---50 EACH

    DUMBELL SIDE BEND---30 EACH

    SIT-UPS---100

MAKE SURE YOU DO CARDIO, DRINK A LOT OF WATER, AND EAT HEALTHY

i DO THIS EVERYDAY, BUT IF YOUR JUST STARTED YOU MIGHT WANT TO DO IT EVERY OTHER DAY

  3. Hi.

People are always looking for shortcuts and that is also why so many people fail when it comes to dieting or achieving any goal for that matter.

What you have to do is train in a smart way and eat a well balanced diet and then, a few months later, you may have a decent six pack.

  4. a 6-pack is all about having low body fat.  being skinny does not mean you are lean.  there are tons of skinny people out there with high amounts of body fat.  to see the entire abdominal wall the bf % needs to be about 10% or less for males and 20% or less for females.  if you have low body fat then you need to use resistance to increase the size of the abdominal muscles so they are more pronounced.  everyone has a 6-pack but it will only be seen with low enough body fat and large enough abdominal muscles.

to reduce body fat you need to exercise at a high level of intensity and follow a low calorie low GI diet.  reducing body fat is all about controlling insulin through the diet.

if you truly had low body fat you would have abs

    * I train and consult NPC & IFBB bodybuilders

  5. Crunches, not sit ups. Check youtube for the proper way to do crunches. It will take around 2 months to get any visible results but in under a week you will feel like you have harder adbs, and month and you will start to feel them separately.

Giving you an exact amount to do is hard. Try starting with 3 sets of 20 take a 2 min break between each set. It is much more effective to do them in sets.

Oh and I would say do the work out 3-5 times a week, you need time to heal for best results.
