  1. Driving is the fastest assuming you don't have access to a helicopter.

Flying out of Buffalo to Pearson would probably take longer than driving since Person is out in Mississauga and take off and landing takes a fair amount of time not to mention clearing customs twice.

If you are looking for a fast public transportation option try the casino shuttle out of Fallsview. I've never taken it but I think it is $11. Google search for Fallsview+ casino+ shuttle+ Toronto+ should get you the info

  2. If you are driving, on the QEW freeway.  There is also a train and naturally the bus.

  3. VIA Rail offers 3 departures every day and will get you there in just under 2 hours.

Greyhound offers 8-10 departures and will also get you there in about 2 hours - fares vary (Standard, Student, Non-refundable, etc.) but are about the same as VIA.  NOTE:  There are more pick-up and drop-off points available in each city.)

Personally, I like the train - Union Station is perfectly central for shopping, etc. and you can get the Subway right there too.

  4. A) Hop on the 407 and shoot across to the 403, go south on the 403 until you meet up with the QEW, from there head east

    B) If your already downtown toronto, simply hop on the gardiner, and stay on it, it turns into the qew and takes you to the falls.

    C) If you don't have a car catch the greyhound bus from the dundas/bay terminal and there will be a bus heading to niagra falls.

  5. Take QEW to the 403 then the Gardiner Expressway.

    (About an hour-and-a-half)

    Hope this helps.
