What is the fastest way to lose weight?

i noe this is so stupid of me because i don't want to exercise, and literally, i'm like a big fat couch potato. but i'm about 5" 3 and i weigh 115. the problem isn't the weight, but that there's so much fat and no muscle. what should i do? can anyone give me a good diet to follow that won't starve me?

  1. if you don't wanna put the hard work and excersize, i suggest you don't eat, at all, till you crawl up and die.

  3. lemonade detox. 10 days no food and take lax tea

    2tbsp lemon juice

    pinch of cayenne pepper

    2tbsp grade b maple syrup

    10 oz. of water

    Day One:

    Eat only fruit, all the fruit you want except banana.

    Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice and water.

    Eat as much soup as you like.

    Day Two:

    All you want - fresh, raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. Stay away from dry beans, peas and sweet corn. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like, but no fruit for today.

    Day Three:

    Combine days one and two, eat as much fruit, vegetables and soup as you like but no baked potato.

    Day Four:

    Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.

    Day Five:

    You may have 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500g) and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once today. You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef.

    Day Six:

    Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.

    Day Seven:

    Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables all you want. Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day. No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages - not even diet soda

  5. ok you might think this diet will starve you but it won't  ok it might but its not as bad as it seemes

    1.only drink water for a week drink viatiman water and water whith lots of minrals.DO NOT drink soda

    2.on day 8 eat a little and slowly build it up for day 9 and 10.do not eat as much as  you uasaly whould

    3.dont eat anything for another week and reapeat number 2.

    4.dont eat for another  week and repeat number 2.

    5.eat normally for a week NO sugar.

    6.eat half of what you normally would eat for a month.

    7.you did it and make sure you only not eat for 3 weeks if you go for 4 weeks your dead.

    it may not be fast but its easy.

    if thats too hard drink only apple juice for 3 days every week.

  8. there's no way someone can lose weight without exercising... but you could do a little exercise while on a healthy diet in which you should try to avoid sugars and drink lots of water, but too much water can harm you too though, half a gallon a day is good. oh and zero soda

  9. you really shouldn't be much thinner than you are, you don't need to diet, you need to work the muscles to get them tone...with out exercise? sit straight? hold you stomach in. hmm. the use of your muscles is the only real way, you don't need to do a work out or anything. ride a bike or go dancing. there are things people who can't stand do to exercise, sholder rolls, leg lifts.
