Bus to Montreal then train to TO. Or by car: route 87 north to Quebec, #15 north, #202 west, #201 north through Valleyfield, #20 west to Ontario, #401 to Toronto. By car will be fastest - about 7-10 driving hours, depending on how fast you drive.

Car would the fastest and take I 82 north towards Montreal cross the border  at Lacolle Qc and take the 20 west towards highway 401 and stay on it till you hit Toronto .
