What is the feminist equivalent of "ballsy"?

I can only imagine that a feminist would cringe at being described by this word. But what, pray tell, would the alternative be?

Ovaries of steel. Wearing the ovaries on the outside today are we? Not sure. It's true, women would consider it an insult to be called the equivalent of ballsy.
