What is the film called?

i cant think of the name of this film, it was made in the 80s and shown on uk tv. its about a nuclear bomb being dropped on sheffield ,i was only young when i saw it about 15 , im now 36. i been trying to tell people about it and they said ive been dreaming . it may be a kind of documentry. but shown as if it was really happening, so may not be a real feature lenth film as such , please help
