My little brother (21) was stoped today in Mn IN Wright County.. Dose anyone know how much the fine is for No proff on Insurens..

  1. Hello Heather. If this was a traffic stop ( not an accident), he would be looking at 6 points and up to a $500 fine ( which is what it would be in Ohio). You can call the Clerk of Courts ( the number should be on the back of the ticket) and ask.

    The only other downside is he will be on FRA (Financial Responsibilty Act) for the next 3 to 5 years ( depending on your state and his priors). Super high cost of liability insurance and if he misses a single month on his payment, the police are notified immediately, his plates are suspended and he is back in court again.

    If his record is clean up to this point, he is not looking at jail.
