What is the finest restaurant in Halifax Canada?

I am visiting Halifax Canada with my wife in May. My wife's birthday occurs during our stay. Would love to treat here with an excellent and to here a surprising dinner at a fine restaurant.

Chateaubriand Fine Dining on Granville St is a great place.  Was there once on a business trip, I still relish the idea of going back some day.

If you like Thai ,there is a restaurant ,on Hollis street ,that won best restaurant across Canada.I went to a small business seminar,and heard her story ,I haven't eaten there yet ,but I want to,she talked about how hard she works and her husband.There's always the 5 fisherman ,they're good.I was brought up in Halifax ,I hope you and your wife enjoy your stay
