  1. call 991

    no call 9111

  2. 1. call 911.

    2. check on the victim.

    3. cover the victim with a blanket, shirt or anything.

    4. do not move the victim.

    5. get information from the driver.

  3. well first you need to look at your surroundings and look for any potential hazards, example, gasoline leaks, down power lines, metal shards, fire, elcectrical lines, standing water, etc. Then you need to see how many civilians (people) are in the accident and make sure you know how many are there. dont second guess. see how many are hurt or injured. The ones that arent injured move to the side and call 911. Do NOT pull victims out of vehicle unless a gas leak or fire. if there is a hazard get them out of the vehicle emmediatley. If you cant open the door, find an inanimate object, ( this is if you dont have any equip) and break the BACK window out to pull them out before you do this, cover their face with a towel or something to protect them from the glass, try not to move their head at all in case of neck, head , or back injury. And depending on the situation, and how bad they are hurt. Its never the same procedure, Have a light ready to check their pupils if they are dialated \( possible concussion ar trauma) not dialated litle or no trauma thnx n e thing else just ask .!by the way im an EMT so i know wats up.
