  2. There are  strong indications that Queen Victoria of nineteenth-century England used the herb during childbirth.

But it's been known for it's psychoactive qualities since written history began.  Nobody can say when it was first used - probably as long as ten thousand or more years ago.  Remember, it does not have to be smoked - it can be chewed as well.  A bud of mine used to mix weed into his homemade brownies in an effort to get girls stoned enough that he could take advantage of them without them putting up a fuss - but the only one it worked with was one he got stoned with, and he woke up married to her and wondering what the h**l happened!

  3. I highly doubt that happened.

Weed doesn't disable you from knowing what you're doing.

You're clearly in the same state of mind, just a bit altered.

But you still know what you're doing, so you can't use that as an excuse.

  4. well i think it was first used by Freddie Flintstone in Bedrock. He was giving it to Dino.
