  1. Well, I assume you mean "minifigure"-- In which case, Lego released 5 different sets that contained minifigures with moustaches in 1989, all in their Pirates theme:

    If you don't mean minifigures, though, the oldest I can find (I'm SURE there are some that are older), is a DUPLO figure with a moustache in 1976:

    That's probably the oldest figure with a moustache that's made compatible for their construction brick system.  However, figures with moustaches were quite likely made for Lego's "Town Plan" theme as complimentary elements back in the late 50's.  Prior to that, the company could easily have manufactured other toys that had men with moustaches, as Lego also made a wide degree of wooden children's toys (as well as plastic ones starting in 1947).  So odds are that they produced one along the way prior to the invention of their building brick system.
