  1. Waking up in my mother's arms and seeing reflections of lights on wet pavement as she stepped out of a car during a rainy night, probably Bogotá, Colombia.

Of course, I trust it - but yea, memories are prone to change and adjust to how we perceive the world.  This one has not changed for decades.  I still remember the long lines of reflected light on the pavement.

  2. my 5th birthday party, prior to that it gets too fuzzy to make out any real memories.

No, I don't trust my memory, its been wrong too many times.

  3. laying in bed when I was approx three years old and screaming because a rat had just bit me

  4. almost 2 years old - walking up a beach to a house and sitting on its kitchen table...

Yes I trust it because I described it to my mother and she was shocked that I had such recall - details like the layout of the kitchen that clearly no-one would have told me.  Apparently I hurt my knee badly on the beach (this was people could still camp on US public beaches, using them for all kinds of ugly things) and it may have been traumatic - apparently I contracted some nasty illness from the cut and whatever was in the sand.

Then the rest gets pretty fuzzy til about 13 or so...

  5. sticking the sunbeam frypan plug in my mouth and trying to put the other end in the power point and being blasted off across the room

  6. When I was 3 walking into a room to get a pic taken of me my sis and my bro.

  7. Riding in a car.

    Yes.

  8. Someone's/Something's Shape And Size.

  9. Being circumcised, it has made me dislike physicians all of my life. It also tainted my view of the entire human race, lmao.....

  10. Looking up a flight of stairs.Human memory is unreliable, so no.

  11. I have a memory of getting dressed in a little sun suit. It had a flower on the front and the middle of the flower was cut out. I was a toddler. Recently, I found a picture among my mother's things (she died and my dad gave everything to me) that shows me in that outfit. I know I've never seen that photo before. I do trust the memory.

I also remember a certain cake that my mother made - it was a Humpty Dumpty cake. I can remember how good it tasted. In the pictures, I found that this cake was a birthday cake for my brother's 3rd birthday. So I had to be about 4 years old. :)
