What is the first thing you think of?

I was wondering what people thought of a person by solely their name.

What do you think people with these names are like? I'm just curious and chose these names randomly. Thanks.

Jose- spanish accent, loves playing with sprinklers

Gabriela- likes to jump rope, brown hair, big eyes

Dornisha- loves doritoes, african american, black hair

Phil- smartypants, sciencey nerd, glasses, caucasian

Jose- Mexican or American with Hispanic roots.  I have two pictures in my mind of this person.  One is a day laborer, the other is a college student in a political science class.  (My ex is named Jose, and now is a PoliSci student)

Gabriela- mean chola chick with drawn on eyebrows and eyeliner around her mouth.  

Dornisha- black female, slightly overweight, still pretty, takes care o herself appearance-wise, lives in the South or South Central LA, probably nice and working in retail or a medical office.

Phil- bland white guy with self-deprecating humor, a funny laugh, and  attractive in an unattractive way.

I don't mean to offend anyone with my answers either, but I hope to give you some insight about how we have been influenced by society and people that we've had interactions with in real life.  These are just top of my head impressions.

Gabriela=sweet, has a fragile heart, smart, always smiles, has blonde curly hair, likes to play with dolls.  Cauccasian?

Dornisha=creative, artistic, girls envy her, knows how to have fun.  African-American?

Phil=the average guy, agressive and gentle at the same time (if that makes sense), caring, strong, very smart.

I dont know.  That's just what I think.
