  1. Pergo?

  2. parquet?

  3. It's just peel and stick tile.  Very similar to the old school flooring tiles, but better designs/colors.  Lowe's sells it.  They have some that is pretty cheap and it goes up to fairly expensive.  The difference in cost is the thickness.  The thinner stuff has a tendancy to curl up and then pop off.  Even though it is peel and stick, I would still use some type of epoxy to hold it down and go over it with a weight to smooth it out.  You are probably looking for the Novalis peel and stick faux wood planks.
