Okay... I am not the most computer savvy person but I do know whenever you visit a website your computer automatically saves the files seen on the site (like pictures) in a temporary folder. What is this folder called and where do I find it?

  2. Temporary internet files is the name of the folder. you also probly have a folder named temp. go into these folders and delete both of their contents. Click start, my computer, at the top click on folders to open the folders on the left. click on your c drive. go to local settings, uhhh it's somewhere in that area. I am not at my computer, so I am not exactly sure. The 'temp' file will probly be there, but you might have to type in 'temporary internet files' in the address bar of the folder. Make sure you maximise your window.

  3. you can also use browser or control panels for iexplorer internet options to delete cache and cookies, per browser, or per user(s)
