What is the font/setting on Microsoft Word that makes the writing capitals but makes the first letter bigger?

Type the document, then Select the text (or Edit /select all) and go into the long Menu for Format.  First select Font and check on Small Caps and do OK.  Then go back into the long menu and select Change Case and select  Title Case .  Your text will all be in the original font but capped as you want

It's called small-caps:

Select the area-->format-->font-->check "small caps"
