  1. A great variety of vegetarian fresh food and frozen is available in all of the major supermarkets . Indian superstores are here on the costa del sol southern Spain.

    Enjoy your food shopping.

  2. depends where you are going and if you are eating out.

There are places inspain where you can find a variety of differeing cultures, in these places you can find eateres from all over the world providing cuisine to suit your need but in general most places you can find vegetarian options. I live on the costa del sol and find that there are indian eateries therefore i would presume the meat they are using is that suited to your needs or provide vegetarian dishes.

  3. FISH FOOD, SAL ATES, INDIAN RESTAURANTS, VEGETARIAN RESTAURANTS, THEY ALL WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

  4. Get real. The Spanish are not squeamish, they eat meat, and salads. You can always have a salad. They are served everywhere.

Fish is also very popular, supermarkets sell all you will need.

I have to go to Gibraltar for spices as I can't find them in Malaga. Although the shops sell curry pastes of all sorts, they may suit you better, if you are comingg on holiday.

Enjoy Spain and don't let our side down!
