What is the food like at the Parador in Santiago de Compostela?

I have been in Santiago a few times, and I did enjoy all my meals in Paradors, specially after so much walking. The wine is marvellous.

Expensive and slow , sometimes they run out of what you want. the good news is there are plenty of good places to eat outside the Parador

I think there are a few paradors in Santiago (paradors are old buildings turned into small hotels).  Have you the specific name?
