  1. we do 16 basic movements

  2. The Tae Guk's are not for white belt.  Many schools have a beginners form that is very basic.  It's essentially "form zero" and is not uniform from school to school.  Ours is called "Chun Ji", and has 4 low blocks, 6 reverse punches, all front stances.

Their are 8 TaeGuk forms are as follows:

Ill (ill) Chung - yellow belt (8th Gup)

E Chung - Sr. Yellow or Orange (7th Gup)

Sam Chung - Green Belt (6th Gup)

Sa Chung - Blue Belt (5th Gup)

    O Chung - Brown Belt (4th Gup)

Yuk Chung - Sr. Brown or Purple (3rd Gup)

Chil Chung - Red Belt (2nd Gup)

Pal Chung - Sr. Red Belt or BoDan  (1st Gup)

    Koryo (1st Dan Black Belt)

  3. it's a taekguk...... all simple movements don't remember exact steps I learned that about 6 years ago so ya sorry good luck with your training
