What is the form to apply for U.S. residency?

plz help i really need to know what is the form to apply for residency.

I been in the U.S. for 13 yrs and i came here illegally, and my mom just became a resident.

Who long would it take for me to become a resident?

Well, you can't simply apply based on being here illegally for 13 years. There is no form that will help you do that. If you tried, it would be like holding up a sign to immigration saying, Deport Me, Please.  If your mother is now a resident, first you need to tell us, or an immigration attorney how she became a resident. If you are a minor now, you might be able to get residency that way. If you aren't a minor, she'd have to file an immigration petition for you and that will take a number of years before it can be used. Plus, you'd have to leave the US to even apply.
