  1. I had typhoid, Hepititis B and Polio shots before I went in May this year

  2. Bird flu is still  a problem in some areas of Egypt. Also Hepititus B is quite prevelent.

Your doctor will be able to advise you what shots you should have before you visit any country, and when I went my doctor told me to have shots for typhoid and Hepititis B and to top up my polio drops.

Just as a precaution you should take your docs advise, and then when in Egypt drink only bottled water and do not eat salads out - wash them yourself in your bottled water.

    :)

  3. (aka bird flu, avian flu) which is caused by a type of influenza virus that is hosted by birds, but may infect several species of mammals like humans.
