What is the full form of MV( Mother vessel or motor vessel)?

S/S = Steam Ship

T/S = Training Ship

R/V = Research Vessel

S/V = Sailing Vessel

M/T = Motor Tanker

It's "Motor Vessel", a vessel propelled by a diesel engine. SS is "s***w Steamer", BTW.
