  1. My understanding of this is a trough where all offcuts and scrap go in to be heated and mixed with water to repulp and allow it to be reconstituted into new paper. However each time you do it the quality falls a little due to impurities and the variations in the recycled material.

    Hope I`ve got the right end of the stick.
