  1. The nares are basically the nostrils of the frog. This is where air primarily enters and exits the frogs respiratory system.


  2. well,It's universally known that frog use the skin to breath.Actually their nose is very small,not only for breath but also for the smell.I have looked for the answer in the encyclopedia ,and I hope you are clear for answer.

  3. The nostrils of a frog help it breath of course, especially when they are laying in the water just at the surface.  Often the only thing that you can see is their eyes and their nose protruding from the water.  

    You may have often wondered why frog's throats are always going out and in and out and in.  This is because frogs do not have a diaphragm to help them breathe, so the skin on their jaws expand and contract to force the air in and out.

    Frogs are great aren't they?  Ribit, ribit, ribit !!!
