  1. it controls what goes in and out of the cell.

    much like a watch gaurd.

  2. Prevent certain things from coming in and going out of the cell. Just think of it as any other wall

  3. to protect the inner content n environment of cell

  4. The cell wall gives strength to bacteria cells and plant cells, as well as some other simple cells.  Membranes are selectively permeable.  They decide what to allow in and out of the cell, as well as control homeostasis, making sure there is the correct amount of concentration in cell so it does not explode or implode.  It also uses carrier molecule to carry in larger molecules that wouldn't normally fit through.

  5. Cell wall =support the plant when it is full of water

                 =Provide support to herbeacous plants

                =fully permeable

Plasma membrane =allow only some substances to go in and out

                                =partially permeable

  6. It holds the contents of the cell.It helps in osmosis and diffusion .
