  1. flow of electrons from Al(s) negative Electrode to Co(s) Positive Electrode. Copper wire is used to make connection between Al &Co Electrode.flow of current from Positive Electrode to negative  Electrode.

  2. Components making up a battery, inside the battery's housing:

Al(s) negative electrode: source of current flow out of the battery, electrons.

Copper wire: conductor for attaching Al(s) and Co(s) electrodes to the - and + external battery terminals.

Electrolyte: separates +ions and -ions in such fashion as to promote electron current flow.

Co(s) positive electrode: complete the circuit for electron current flow back into the battery.
