What is the funniest and slightly mean thing you can do to a person?

Some co-workers were showing two new officers how to perform a urin drug test.  You put the test stick into the urin and wait for the results.  My co-workers switched the urin for apple juice.  They pulled the stick out of the urin (apple juice) and the test showed invalid. They told the new officers the only other way to test the urin (apple juice) was to take a sip.  When the officer took a sip, one new officer ran out of the office.  The other one threw up into the garbage.

tell them that u won a lottery and u gonna take them out your treat, have them get ready then tell them it was a mistake, u thought u won.

I haven't done this yet, but I was very tempted once. You purchase a gift card, but don't put money on it. If it automatically comes with money on it..use it first. Then give it as a gift. I think this would be really great to do with a gift card to a restaurant. Not only will they look stupid, but they will have to find another way to pay for their meal.
