  1. The above is grossly erroneous.

    Vitamin A is essential for normal vision.

    Vitamin D3 is the more active form of D that  is necessary for bone growth.

    Vitamin E (an anti-oxidant like just about anything else) is NOT necessary in humans and is only proved to be required for sperm maturation in rats (not mice, not humans).

    Vitamin B1 is Thiamine it is required for production and repair of DNA.

    Vitamin B2 is Riboflavin. It is required "co-factor" in energy producing molecules in fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

    Vitamin B6 is Pyridoxin. It is required in the metabolism of Protein and the maintenance of nerve functions and red cell production

    Vitamin B12 is Cyanocobalamin and it to is required in protein metabolism, nerve function and red cell production.

    Vitamin C is Ascorbic Acid. It is important in the production of proteins like collagen (almost everywhere in the body) and immune proteins.
