What is the funtion on your camera that lets you take multiple pictures are once?

What is that option called? Like if you wanted to take jumping pictures it takes like 7 flashes with one click. How do I get to it on my camera?

its usually called 'burst' or 'burst frames'

usually it works by holding down the shutter button for as long as you need to take all the pictures

and on my camera there's a button on the top which puts it into burst mode
