  1. Unfortunately, the day will come where the children will have to learn about tigers and their origin like how we are learning about dinosaurs.

I also see them being extinct in my lifetime.  The breeding population is getting so low in some areas that they will eventually breed themselves out of existence.  Unless culture and beliefs are changed, and tigers stop being poached, they are gone.  Therefore, they are gone!  Between poaching and habitat loss they don't stand a chance.  Unfortunately Bengal tigers will hunt/stalk humans making them more of a target than the Siberian tiger who would much rather not see a human at all.  It's heartbreaking.
