If you mean American Indian youth, the prospects are not good.  Education is one answer, but the record of American colleges and universities when it comes to providing a relevant education is not good where Indians are concerned.

One possible positive direction is the success that many tribal community colleges have had.  They are a real positive beacon in "Indian Country."

u know indians r gifted with super brains and in which ever field they apply it whole heartedly they get success in that .

ya currently there is problem of unemployment arising but its not far when everyone will be having aa deserving place in corporate world. many employment plan r under govt. plans soon it wil be accomplished
