Real estate is on a down trend now.  So be very careful before you enter into this sector.  Market leaders like Unitech and DLF have fallen a great amount.  Also this is a rate sensitive sector. So better watch it before entering.

   dear friend, in current situation the price rise of every stock depends upon the rally of the market, if our market will reach by 20000 in future then indiabulls realestate would probably around 620-680 and even more but all depends upon market.its being a good performing stock has very good fundamentals, during this week it may cross 324-330.if u r invested in it, then go long till next year.

in a volatile market you purchase at lower level and sell at the higher level, so it is a good stock, but don;t bother about the future. It gives good income currently so is my advice.And suggest me any good stock?
