I would rec that you consider using about a 30 to 1 ratio gas to oil, in older outboards, it is very important to remember that more lubrication for highly worn parts will add to the life of the unit...so 30 gallons of gas to 1 gallon, or 30 quarts of gas to 1 quart of 2 cycle outboard oil-do not use motor oil...it may work at 50 to one, but that is unknown....err on the safe side....good luck.


  2. 15.36 oz of tcw3 oil to 6 gallons of gas thats 50 to 1

    you can use 16oz of oil thats what everybody uses its easy to measure and the extra wont hurt the engine
