  1. stop and think a lake boat is designed for fresh water while an ocean boat is designed for salt water and salt will eat away at certain materials, i imagine there is a big difference between boats.


  2. A lake boat is freshwater that is a low profile boat made for calm waters.

    A bay boat has higher sides and a deeper vee made for rough seas.
