What is the genre of my book, read this please?

Quick summary,

The story is about a woman and her brother. they have an accident and appear in another world, this world is surrounded by magic, etc,

in this world they each find love and encounter many adventures, a war between demons and humans that has been led for many years.

this story is based on magic and the romance between the young girl and a prince. is this story fiction, fantasy or romance, what should i call it. LOL, i know silly me.

A literary agent would probably pitch a book like this to publishers who specialize in Fantasy or Fantasy/Adventure.

Fantasy/ Fiction.

Almost every book you encounter is fiction; something that NEVER happened in real life, and isn't based off of a true story.

And, well, it could also be categorized as romance, too... but Fantasy seems more fitting! :]

The story is fiction as it's not based on fact but as far as genre it fits more into the fantasy realm.  But a lot fantasy novels, especially in the adult section, seem to have a romance element to them.

if u absolutely have to pick one genre, (which i dont think u do) then itll have to be fantasy. I havent read that book so there is really no way to be sure, but on what you said its probably fantasy.

( i really think its a mix of fantasy and romance. fiction is a given)
