What is the gift of determined hardwork?

For example,if i work hard with great determination and achieve my goals can i get whatever i wished for...either a beautiful caring girl or lots f money or pride or wealth...etc....is that true that when i work hard i'll get whatever i wish?can i be gifted or my hardwork is gifted?

a success in the goal of life is the outcome of a determined hardwork.girl, yeah you can get if she likes the hardworkers like you my friend, girl aside u can achieve a lot with sheer determination and grit.
