I know it's an American accent, but where in America. That advert totally reminds me of the movie True Romance.

I LOVE True Romance, I think the music is the same :) Sounds to me like a VERY southern accent, Texas accents usually aren't that strong. Maybe Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia....
