  2. look i live in spain, and i can tell you that the northen basques are some kind of people that nobody in this world are so smart, and they whant to be total independent from the rest of spain and to speak only  the Basque language.

    they don´t whant the unification with portugal and we don´t whant, because they have a stronger ties with the central goverment.

    and for the 2nd question, the northernmost landform region of eastern europe is the carpathic mountains

Two of the above are both aims of Basque-speaking Basque separatists, and you can work out which pair from the first clause of this sentence.  Basque is a language unrelated to any of the Indo-European languages.  Presumably, ancient Basque speakers were in Europe before ancient Europeans arrived.
